Who We Are

Brookside Office Partners owns and operates our own commercial buildings here in the Brookside Office Park. We are conveniently located just 1 mile from Route 78, 5 miles from the PA Turnpike and we are right off the Route 222 bypass. 

Brookside Office Partners strives to provide an office space tailored to your company's needs. Whether you're just looking for an office for yourself, or a large office to hold your company's many employees- we have what you're looking for. If it is not already built into our current floor plan, we will work with you to build out the space that will fit your business needs. 

Renting With Us

Seamless & Efficient

All of our leases are gross leases. What does that mean? All you have to worry about is paying your agreed upon monthly rent (and internet/cable if you choose) and we will take care of the rest. Utilities such as electric, trash, sewer, and water are completely covered by us.

To make it even easier on you, once you sign a lease with us you will have access to your own tenant portal online. On this portal, you will be able to view your executed lease documents, pay your monthly rent (even set up autopay), view your tenant ledger, submit a maintenance request and more.

If you are more of a people person than a technology person we always have people on site.
